Bonnie Hagan

MScPT, BScN, CAFCI, FDN, CMT

Bonnie graduated from Grant McEwan University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2013. Upon graduation, Bonnie found a job in Edmonton at the Cross-Cancer Institute as a Registered Nurse, where she continues to work casually. She then completed her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta in 2015. Bonnie has completed various postgraduate courses and specializes in acupuncture, functional dry needling, manipulation, sports rehabilitation and women’s pelvic health. Her love of helping others has guided her career choices.

Bonnie has a love for sports and enjoys spending time in nature. She has played competitive ringette throughout her life and was a part of the University of Alberta ringette team while getting her degrees. Outside of the rink, Bonnie loves being in the mountains, travelling the world, and spending time with friends and family. Bonnie is excited to share her passion for health and wellness with you.

Brittany Gargas

BKin, MScPT, Physiotherapist (Intern)

Brittany initially completed her BSc in Kinesiology in 2018 before moving to London, England, to pursue her dream of becoming a physiotherapist. With a background as a dancer and snowboarder and with a passion for health, fitness and travel, pursuing her physiotherapy degree overseas was the perfect career path.
Before becoming a physio, Brittany worked as an Athletic Therapist and Kinesiologist in both private physiotherapy clinics and with several sports teams, including ice hockey, American football and soccer.

Since completing her MSc in Physiotherapy in 2021 in London, Brittany has moved back to Edmonton. She has found her passion in MSK work, including day-to-day aches and pains and sports-related injuries. Through a combination of manual therapy and exercise, Brittany is committed to helping you reach your rehabilitation goals and get back to doing the things you love.

Alanna Lupaschuk

RMT

Alanna has over 10 years of experience in massage therapy. Over the years, she has treated several different conditions, from general soreness and muscle tension to car accident-related injuries and sports-related injuries. She also has training in prenatal massage, cupping, and lymphatic drainage.

Growing up in rural Alberta, Alanna is not shy about laborious jobs. Spending a lot of time on farms and in the outdoors has given her an appreciation for working with her hands.

Ashutosh

BScPT

Ashutosh completed his Bachelor in Physiotherapy in 2011 and his Masters in Physiotherapy (Sports) in 2014. He has been practicing since 2014, and during his professional journey, he has worked as a Sports Physiotherapist with the Odisha State Cricket Team and as a Lead Physiotherapist with various reputed organizations in India before relocating to Alberta in 2023 with a quest for new experience.

He is passionate about treating sports and musculoskeletal injuries and combines his clinical expertise to achieve each patient’s personal goals effectively and efficiently. He predominantly uses Mobilization, Soft and Deep Tissue Release, Neural Mobilization, Taping Techniques, Shockwave, IFC/TENS/EMS, Ultrasound, and home exercise programs tailored to individual patient’s needs.

When not at work, he loves to play Cricket, participate in half marathons, go for treks and enjoy cooking and reading books.

Kehinde is a dedicated and versatile Physiotherapist who enjoys making life worth living for his patients. Kehinde is experienced in treating various patients with muscular, neurological, and developmental injuries. However, his strong background in managing musculoskeletal conditions prompted him to enroll and recently complete a Fellowship in MSK Physiotherapy from Physiotherapy Guild, Alberta, Canada.

His greatest attributes are excellent communication, empathy, great listener, sound clinical skills and judgement. Using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, he has wide experience in treating cases like Whiplash, spinal sprain/strain, shoulder, hip, knee, and general athletic injuries. Kehinde earned his Bachelor of Medical Rehabilitation at Obafemi Awolowo University in Nigeria with a major in Physiotherapy degree and since graduated, he has more than 6 years of Physiotherapy working experience as a registered member of the Medical Rehabilitation Therapy Board of Nigeria before he relocated to Canada. Kehinde is now a Provisional registered member of the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta.

When Kehinde is not working with patients, he enjoys playing indoor and outdoor activities with his darling wife and his 3 beautiful daughters.
