Bailey Patterson

MScPT, BSc, FDN

My name is Bailey, and I’m a physiotherapist at Callingwood Physical Therapy. I grew up in the United States, where I graduated in 2015 with my Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/ Psychology while playing NCAA Division 2 volleyball. After moving to Edmonton, I graduated from the University of Alberta with my Masters of Science in Physical Therapy in 2018. Playing competitive volleyball throughout my childhood and university years drove me to find my passion in the physiotherapy profession. Watching my teammates get injured and dealing with various injuries myself made me realize how much an injury can impact your ability to do the activities you love!

I love getting to work with people of all different ages and injuries as it continues to keep me engaged! Building new relationships, helping my patients recover from injuries, and helping people lead a more active lifestyle is the best part of my job. Outside of the clinic, you can find me outdoors any chance I get! I enjoy sneaking away to the mountains on the weekends to hike, camp, bike, and snowboard. In my free time, I enjoy the river valley, hitting up the gym, or checking out new restaurants. I have a passion for travel, so I like to sneak away to visit my family in the States or visit a new part of the world!
